Occasionally you may need to cancel or refund an order. Orders with a $0 total can be cancelled, while orders that required a payment, or payments, can be refunded.
Refund an order
To refund the order, click the "Refund Order" button.
A refund form will then open. Here you can track the reason for the refund, and any additional notes you'd like to add. Click "Refund" to complete.
A refund confirmation email will be automatically sent to the user.
The order will now be marked as refunded, and the transaction details appear under "Refunds."
Cancel an order
To cancel and order, click the "Cancel Order" button.
A cancellation form will open where you can add a comment. Click "Cancel Order" to complete.
Note: No cancellation email will be sent to the user.
The order will now be marked as cancelled.
