The Change Membership feature allows you to change the member's Member Type during the season.
To change their membership type, navigate to their Person record's Membership Details section. Click the "Change Membership" button for the season you wish to change.
You will be directed to the Change Membership form with the current membership types pre-filled.
Select the new root membership from the dropdown.
Select the new child membership from the dropdown (if applicable to your configuration).
Click "Save details."
You'll be asked to confirm the change. Click "Confirm," or "Cancel."
The Membership Details for that season are now updated.
Notes:
- No previously paid fees or future fees will be affected by the membership type change(s)
- No emails will be issued to members
- Associated roles in the Security tab will be revoked and added depending on membership type selected and configuration
