New Features
-
Member History: Introduced Continuous Start and Continuous End dates to track a member’s full membership period within a category, regardless of tier changes. These fields complement the existing Current Start, Current End, and Current Expires dates, which focus on continuous membership periods within a specific tier.
-
Continuous Start Date: Marks the beginning of the uninterrupted membership period within the category.
-
Continuous End Date: Marks the end of the uninterrupted membership period within the category.
-
Added new duration fields to Segments, enabling targeting based on membership length. These fields include:
-
Duration (Continuous): Uninterrupted membership length within the category across all tiers.
-
Duration (Current Tier): Membership length within the current tier.
-
Duration: The length of a single membership record.
Improvements
-
Segments
-
Significantly improved performance for certain segment queries, making them up to 80 times faster.
-
Added a Category field to help you organize segments.
-
Enhanced relative date operators for improved clarity. The naming now aligns with absolute operators, allowing you to use options like “greater than” or “less than.” When selecting a value, you can now target specific timeframes such as days, weeks, or months ago, or from now.
-
When filtering by a Segment, the options are now listed in alphabetical order.
-
Person Export: The following fields have been added to the export: Middle Name/Initial, Nickname, Salutation, Post-nominal, Job Function, Job Level.
-
Mailchimp Integration: Added an option to disable the integration’s management of “Mailchimp Groups,” enabling these groups to be exclusively managed directly within Mailchimp.
Bug Fixes
-
Cascading Memberships: Fixed a bug where editing Person-to-Organization Relationships sometimes displayed a "Whoops, Something went wrong. Please try again later" error. This occurred when organization memberships reached their Max Assignments. The system now handles this scenario gracefully and processes cascading updates in the background to improve performance and reliability.
-
Touchpoints: Fixed a bug where manual touchpoints were displaying a slug for action instead of the user-friendly value.
-
Membership: Fixed a bug when editing a membership assignment, the "Expires At" field on organization membership was incorrectly showing today's date. Additionally, the field now includes both the Grace Period (in days) and the Expiry Date.
-
Constant Contact Integration: Enhanced error handling and retry mechanisms for rate limits and other issues. If the integration faces unrecoverable errors for more than 36 hours (ex., Revoked permissions on the syncing account), it will automatically disable itself and alert our development team for resolution.
