New Features

  • WooCommerce Integration: For clients using the Wicket WordPress integration, we’ve added support for native people syncing without requiring an external iPaaS. These updates also include performance optimizations for batch updates, reducing the load on WooCommerce/WordPress.

  • Clients using the latest Wicket Membership Plugin for WordPress will gradually migrate to this native syncing feature.

Improvements

  • Admin panel navigation: Consolidated secondary links in the admin menu into a single menu under the user’s name.

  • Touchpoints: Improved the charting library used to visualize touchpoint history, including a breakdown of counts by service.

  • Delegated authentication: Added the ability to manually assign external IDs to a user for an external provider. This can be managed from the Security tab of a person’s profile.

Bug Fixes

  • Touchpoints: Resolved an issue where the touchpoint category did not appear in list views.

  • Additional Info: Fixed a bug where options labelled “Yes” and “No” were incorrectly interpreted as boolean values (true/false) when they were the only options in the list.

  • Membership: Grace periods on organization membership assignments will now only apply if the membership ends on the same date as the organization membership.

  • Segments: Fixed bug when using the between operator.

  • Organizations: Resolved an issue where the Organization Type was sometimes reported incorrectly in exports and other areas. This was caused by an internal database value not updating when types were changed.
