New Features
- Alchemer Integration: New integration connects Wicket to the Alchemer survey platform. A new segment action syncs people into an Alchemer contact list, with configurable mapping of additional info fields to Alchemer custom fields. Survey invitations and responses are recorded as touchpoints on the person profile, and unsubscribes made in Alchemer flow back into Wicket communication preferences.
Improvements
- MDP Search:
- Pasting an exact record UUID now returns that record directly, for people, organizations and groups. Useful when linking records whose UUIDs are already known.
- When the identifying number is hidden for people or organizations, search results no longer match on it. This makes search more usable for clients that track their own numbering as a service identity.
- Service Identities:
- Namespaces can now be configured to generate their external ID sequentially. On the "Add service identity" form the External ID field is auto-generated on save, with an opt-in checkbox for entering a specific value, and it cannot be edited once assigned.
- WooCommerce Integration: A person's service identity external ID can now be mapped to a WordPress customer meta field, so identifiers owned by Wicket are visible in the WordPress admin without switching systems. Applies to new and updated records — existing records need a full sync to backfill.
- Wicket Insights:
- Added next and previous membership data for person memberships, organization memberships and membership bundles: "Has Next Membership", "Has Previous Membership" and the adjacent membership UUIDs. This supports reporting on renewed versus ended memberships in a given period. Also available in exports, which additionally include readable tier and bundle name columns.
- Added comment data for people and organizations through two new tables,
Person CommentsandOrganization Comments. Comments are also available as an export from the people and organization list views, scoped to the current filter. - Added Canadian region maps, so reports can visualize member data on a map of Canada.
- Additional Info: Individual options in a single-select field can now be disabled through a schema override using
ui:enumDisabled, so a shared field can present different available choices per section.
Bug Fixes
- Cascaded Memberships:
- Fixed a bug where ending a relationship before the organization membership end date left the person's cascaded membership sitting in grace. The cascaded membership now ends immediately, with no grace period applied.
- Fixed a bug where a child organization's previous membership stayed "Active, in grace" after the parent organization renewed. The prior record now leaves grace immediately and goes inactive, matching how parent organization memberships behave on renewal. Records already in grace will be corrected by a one-time backfill.
- Memberships: Fixed a bug where deleting an organization membership tier left the
membership_ownerrole on the previous owner. The role is now revoked on delete, unless the person is still the owner of another organization membership.
