Webhooks in Cvent are enabled per event. They can also be enabled per session if specific sessions should also write touchpoints for registration and attendance. 

 

Enabling Webhooks allows Cvent to integrate with Wicket for Touchpoints and also for profile data updates. 

 

Setting up Webhooks

1. Navigate to your Event and then choose the 'Integrations' link from the left hand menu sidebar

2. Within the integrations select 'set up' beside Webhook

3. Click 'Add Webhooks' 

4. Under configuration you should see an entry that reads 'Wicket' or 'Wicket Production', or similar. Set 'Activate Webhooks for this event' to Yes and hit save.

5. Under synced objects, make sure both Attendees and Sessions are set to 'Yes'

6. Click the Sessions tab, and make sure the required sessions are selected. This step is only required if your event has sessions that you wish to enable touchpoints for.  

7. At this point you can save the changes you've made and return to configure your event. Webhooks are now enabled. You can follow this process for your other events as well!
