Improvements

• Manual payments can now be applied against specific ‘failed’ or ‘pending’ order statements. This allows admins to resolve those statements with a payment amount equal to the statement balance and mark the statement as paid.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue with donation receipts for refunded orders still appearing under the membership details of members.
