New Features

  • Alias Email Addresses

Alias email addresses can now be added to a person record. These can be used as alternate emails to uniquely identify a person. Much like primary emails, these must be unique across all other person records in Wicket. In a future release of Wicket, integrations will use these emails when looking up person records.
    • New emails being added to Wicket will now be flagged as unique by default. Administrators still have the ability to add non-unique emails.

  • Touchpoint Reassignment

Touchpoints can now be reassigned to another person record in Wicket. A new “Reassign all touchpoints” button is now available on the touchpoints tab for a person.

Improvements

  • Deleting people is now smarter. When you try to delete a person Wicket will now warn you of all the related resources that will be deleted as well, the delete operation can then be confirmed or canceled. Once a person has been deleted, unique contact records such as primary email address can be re-used on a different person record.

Deleting a person will now also be prevented if they have important related resources such as processed orders, memberships, etc.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixes issue where password reset and account confirmation emails would be sent in the wrong language when triggered via the Wicket admin panel.
