Improvements

• Insurance receipts can now be regenerated by an admin by visiting the Insurance answers page for an order.
• All receipt downloads now use signed URLs for additional security.
• Insurance receipt links provided in Wicket Admin and the Account Centre will automatically switch to the new format. Links included in emails will be expired, re-sending the receipt email will use the new link format.
• Person primary language is now converted to lowercase before storing in the database. If a language is not provided when creating the person, a default of English (en) will be saved.
• Leave discount percentage and Donation receipt minimum values are now stored per season.

Bug Fixes

• Existing insurance option line items are now cleared from the order when the member changes their mind and selects "No" for purchasing Insurance on the Insurance step.
