Improvements

  • Segments: Add support for contains, begins with, ends with, does not contain, does not begin with and does not end with operators for Additional Info text fields.
  • Person Profile Merge Tool: Allow choosing the Member Since attribute and include the Identifying Number of the source profile record to the merged profile touchpoint receipt.
  • Migrate to Service Identities when storing external identifiers for OpenWater & Marketo Integrations

Bug Fixes

  • Segments: Fix after process Segment actions (i.e. firing web hooks and processing integration outbound syncs) not getting triggered when a Segment is already processed or a Segment Action gets fully removed.
  • Add'l Info & Segments: Allow typing in dates manually for Additional Info and Segment date fields
