New Features

  • Anonymization - added support for anonymizing people and organizations
    • Feature needs to be enabled in settings (Contact Wicket Support)
    • Supports automation via tag which can be configured/scheduled through the settings to run recurringly which anonymizes records with matching tag.
    • Adds a new segment filter field: Profile > Anonymized At (datetime)
  • Primary Organization Relationship - added support for people to have a primary organization relationship
    • Feature needs to be enabled in settings (Contact Wicket Support)
    • Automatically selects the first/earliest organization relationship as the primary organization. Can be overridden in Admin if there are multiple relationships available. Also automatically updates to the next earliest active organization relationship, if any, once the current primary organization relationship ends, otherwise it will be removed.
    • The organization's primary address gets copied/synced to the related people with a new type: Primary Organization and automatically becomes the primary address of the person if no primary address is set yet. This address can't be modified through the person profile view except for setting/unsetting the primary/mailing/consent flags.
  • Pinned Tags - allow configuring pinned tags for people/organizations which shows up in the profile page header in Admin for those with matching tags.

Improvements

  • Always show the "Member Status" and "Member Since" data when viewing a person's or organization's profile in the Admin.
    • Member (Grace) is displayed when the person's membership is in grace
    • Inactive Member is displayed for those with expired memberships.
  • Allow admin users with import_merge role to manage people's external login accounts

Bug Fixes

  • Fix profile merging where segment tags gets added as manual tags for the target person.
