Member Account Centre - There has been a critical error on this website

This troubleshooting article applies only to Memberships configured as "Subscription."

When an administrator switches to a member account in Wicket Web, they may see a "There has ben a critical error on this website" error message.

This can be caused by a non-Active, or non-On-Hold membership Subscription.

To check:

  1. Search for the member's subscriptions in WooCommerce using their primary email.
  2. If all of their Subscriptions are Expired, or Cancelled, create a new Subscription that matches the desired membership.
  3. Ensure the new subscription is set to Active.

  4. Switch back to their profile in Wordpress, and test the account centre again.
