This troubleshooting article applies only to Memberships configured as "Subscription."
When an administrator switches to a member account in Wicket Web, they may see a "There has ben a critical error on this website" error message.
This can be caused by a non-Active, or non-On-Hold membership Subscription.
To check:
- Search for the member's subscriptions in WooCommerce using their primary email.
- If all of their Subscriptions are Expired, or Cancelled, create a new Subscription that matches the desired membership.
- Ensure the new subscription is set to Active.
- Switch back to their profile in Wordpress, and test the account centre again.
