Wicket and HubSpot can talk to each other automatically. When someone's info changes in one system, it can update in the other — so your team doesn't have to manually copy data back and forth, and your contacts stay consistent everywhere.
You choose how this works: updates can flow one way (say, Wicket to HubSpot only) or both ways, depending on what fits your team.
What gets kept in sync for people (contacts)
Basic info: name, email, and their Wicket member ID
Optional details you can turn on: job title, address, phone number, language
Whether they currently have an active membership
Tags used for grouping or segmenting people
Email subscription preferences (so someone who unsubscribes in one system is unsubscribed everywhere)
Which organization or company they're associated with
You can also limit this to certain groups of people — for example, only syncing active members — and new contacts can be created automatically in either system when they don't already exist.
What gets kept in sync for organizations
Organization records work much the same way:
Basic info: name, description, address, phone number
Membership status
Tags
Marketing and sales activity
HubSpot activity can also be recorded back in Wicket automatically as Touchpoints, such as:
Marketing emails sent, opened, or clicked
People subscribing or unsubscribing from email lists
New sales deals created
This gives your team a fuller picture of each person's activity in one place.
This is a general overview — the exact setup (which fields, which direction, which groups of people) is configured to match your organization's needs.
