✅ RESOLVED - Sept. 26, 2024 - 22:00 EDT - Tableau service has been restored. Wicket will contact each affected client individually.

Sept. 26, 2024 - 14:30 EDT - Tableau has confirmed the service will be restored by Friday, September 27, 2024 at 15:00 EDT. They are working to restore it more quickly if possible. If you have a blocking reporting need, please reach out to Wicket Support for an alternate solution.

Sept. 26, 2024 - 08:30 EDT - We are still awaiting a confirmation of return to service from Tableau. The Wicket team is in communication with our Account Rep for more information.

Sept. 25, 2024 - 13:30 EDT - Tableau Support has run into an issue and the matter has been escalated internally.

Sept. 25, 2024 - 08:30 EDT - Tableau Support has indicated the issue will be resolved imminently. Wicket Support is continuously testing the login flow and will update clients once resolved.

Sept. 24, 2024 - 20:30 EDT - Tableau Support has indicated the issue will be resolved by the morning of Sept. 25.

Sept. 24, 2024 - 15:30 EDT - Tableau Support is working on the issue.

Sept. 24, 2024 - 08:00 EDT - Wicket is aware of an issue preventing login to the Tableau reporting system. Tableau is aware of this and is working on a solution.
