Modified Support Hours December 24th to January 4th

In celebration of Christmas and New Years, regular Wicket support will be unavailable starting Wednesday, December 24th, with regular support hours restarting Monday, January 5th.

Urgent issues such as service outages will still be responded to as quickly as possible.
