PheedLoop Integration overview

Pheedloop makes organizing conferences and events easy. Ticketing, registration, marketing (websites and apps), and event management will be a breeze with Pheedloop. When you pair Pheedloop with Wicket, you’ll make running your event even easier. As a single source of truth, Wicket ensures your member data is up to date and enhances your ability to understand the impact your events have on member engagement.

Here's how Wicket and Pheedloop can work together:

Admin Configuration

The configuration screen allows Wicket administrators to manage the settings for the integration. 

Touchpoints

Touchpoints allow the tracking of a person’s activity in Pheedloop:

• Purchase: When an attendee purchases a ticket for an event in Pheedloop, a touchpoint will be created in Wicket. 

• Check-in: When an attendee checks-in to an event in Pheedloop, a touchpoint will be created in Wicket. 

In both cases, the touchpoint is linked to the person that triggered the activity in Pheedloop by their Wicket primary or unique email in Wicket, and the attendee email in Pheedloop. If no corresponding primary or unique email in Wicket is found, a new Person record will be created.

Profile data synchronization

Inbound synchronization

Inbound synchronization allows the integration to update the profile data of people registered in Wicket when their profile is updated in Pheedloop. When “Inbound Sync” is enabled, if a person creates an account in Pheedloop, or updates their profile information, it will be updated in their corresponding Wicket account. What data is created or updated can be controlled within the configuration area of the integration in Wicket. The accounts in Wicket and Pheedloop are linked by the person’s primary or unique email.

Outbound synchronization

Outbound synchronization allows the integration to update the profile data of people registered in Pheedloop when their profile is updated in Wicket. When “Outbound Sync” is enabled, if a person updates their profile in Wicket, their corresponding Pheedloop account. What data is created or updated can be controlled within the configuration area of the integration in Wicket. This synchronization only applies to people who already have a Pheedloop account using the same primary email address as in Wicket.
