If data within Wicket for a Person or Organization appears out of date within an integrated platform, you can perform a quick test to determine a potential cause.
Force a Person record to sync
- Navigate to the Person record in question
- On their Profile, click the Personal Details area to open the edit form (this area includes their name, birth date, etc.)
- Without changing any data, click "Save details"
This forces an outbound sync for this record to be sent from Wicket to all third-party integrations.
Force an Organization record to sync
- Navigate to the Organization record in question
- On the Profile, click the area containing the Org's name and other details in order to open the edit form (this area includes their name, type, etc.)
- Without changing any data, click "Save details"
This forces an outbound sync for this record to be sent from Wicket to all third-party integrations.
