Person or Organization record appears out of sync in an integration

If data within Wicket for a Person or Organization appears out of date within an integrated platform, you can perform a quick test to determine a potential cause.

Force a Person record to sync

  1. Navigate to the Person record in question
  2. On their Profile, click the Personal Details area to open the edit form (this area includes their name, birth date, etc.)
  3. Without changing any data, click "Save details"

This forces an outbound sync for this record to be sent from Wicket to all third-party integrations.

Force an Organization record to sync

  1. Navigate to the Organization record in question
  2. On the Profile, click the area containing the Org's name and other details in order to open the edit form (this area includes their name, type, etc.)
  3. Without changing any data, click "Save details"

This forces an outbound sync for this record to be sent from Wicket to all third-party integrations.
