Our email service provider has notified us that they are currently experiencing degraded service across their platform.
This issue may result in the following emails not being delivered temporarily to Wicket users:
- Email confirmation
- Password reset
- Invoices & Receipts (for the Wicket-based order and payment system - Fusebill is unaffected)
We are actively monitoring and will provide updates as we receive them.
This issue will not result in lost emails or data. Emails are being queued and will be sent immediately following resolution.
