Manage Additional Info on an Organization

Additional Info on an Org record contains all the related data besides their contact information.

Additional Info could contain data such as Operational info, Demographics, Certification or other data depending on your configuration and customization.

This can be split into separate sections, with each including custom fields tailored to your needs.

Types of fields can include:

  • Dropdowns
  • Date text field (can include formatting)
  • Email (with formatting validation)
  • Integer with min/max
  • Text field
  • Text box
  • Checkboes
  • Radio buttons
  • Multi-select with Search
  • Fields can be required or optional
  • Repeater fields (single or multiple fields can be configured to allow multiple entries of the same field blocks)
  • Conditional fields (a previous selection in a field can hide or expose other fields)

To modify this data, navigate to the Additional Info section of the Organization's Wicket profile and select the specific section you're looking for. Click "Save" when completed.


A green checkmark will appear beside the section header when a section is successfully completed.
