The Reporting Database

The following diagrams illustrate the data tables available in the reporting database and the relationships between them. The relationships shown represent the most common joins used for reporting, though additional joins may also be possible.

 

People and Organizations can be joined to their associated contact info data.

Note: Both People and Organizations include primary contact information by default.

People and Organizations can be joined to their associated membership data.

Person Memberships can be joined to Organizations to retrieve data about the assigning organization

Organization Memberships can be joined to People to retrieve data about the membership owner.

People and Organizations can be joined through three different relationship tables, representing relationships data within the MDP.

Groups, Group Members, Group Admins, and People can be used to create reports related to group members within the MDP.
