Creating a Dashboard

Once several questions (reports) have been created, they can be added to a dashboard.

To create a dashboard, click the New button and then click Dashboard:

Next, specify the name of the dashboard, as well as the collection in which it will be saved, and click Create:

This opens the dashboard viewer, begin by clicking Add a chart:

Questions that have already been created in the specified sub-collection will appear in the right pane. Clicking on each question will add it to the dashboard grid:

Items on the dashboard grid can be moved and resized as desired by clicking and dragging them:

The dashboard viewing space can be expanded to full screen by clicking the ellipses menu (...) and clicking Full width:

To add a filter to the dashboard, click the filter button and click the desired filter type:

This will open the dashboard filter configuration screen:

Select the field to be filtered on:

If this field exists in the underlying data of other questions, a pop-up menu will appear. Click the auto-connect button to automatically select the desired field in the other questions in the dashboard:

Once finished, name the filter in the right pane and click Done:

Before the dashboard can be used, click Save to save the dashboard:

When the dashboard filter is applied, all of the questions in the dashboard are filtered simultaneously.
