Summarizing Data

Reports can be summarized by clicking the Summarize button when viewing the report data:

This will open a pop-up menu:

Different summary options are available based on the data in the report, such as counting rows, counting distinct values, and summing numbers.

By default, Count is selected, which counts the total number of rows in the report.

If desired, groupings can be added to the summary by selecting the desired field from the report data.

When finished, click Done.

Reports can also be summarized from the report editor by clicking Summarize:

A report must be saved for the changes to persist:
