Person primary email marked as "Revoked"

A person whose 'user' role has been revoked by an administrator, thus blocking them from using Wicket's Single sign-on, will display a yellow "REVOKED" flag on their email address in their profile.

If the person should again have access to use the Single sign-on, an administrator can add the 'user' role again.
