  1. Option 1: Use Role-Based Pricing
    • Go to Products > Your Ticket Product
    • Scroll to the Pricing section
    • Select “Role Based Pricing (by user roles)”
  • Set the pricing according to the different roles where applicable in the table.

NOTE: This automatically displays the correct price based on the logged-in user’s membership type

  1. Option 2: Use Coupons
    • Create a single default ticket price (e.g., Non-Member prices)
    • Provide members with a discount code to adjust their price

Alternatively, you can hide a ticket by setting the visibility of the ticket to only be seen by certain user roles/users, if applicable.

How to Set Up Early Bird/Ticket Sales

  1. Go to Products > Your Ticket Product
  2. Scroll to Product Data > General
  3. Enter the sale price in the Sale field
  4. Click “Schedule”
    • Sale price = Early Bird price
    • Schedule start and end date for the Early Bird rate

NOTE: After the end date, Woo will automatically return to the full (regular) price.
