Add or Edit Profile information

The Profile screen of a Person record contains their basic details and contact information such as Name, Birth Date, Gender, Title, Address(es), Email(s), and Phone number(s).

Each Person can have multiple addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers.

Add contact information

To add new contact information, click "Add Address," "Add email," or "Add phone."

A form will appear for each type. Required fields are denoted with a red asterisk *.

Each piece of contact information can be labeled, such as "Work," "Home," "Other," etc.

To save the new contact information, click "Save."

Edit contact information

To edit existing contact information, simply click on the address, email, or phone number you'd like to edit. The associated form will open, pre-populated with the existing information for editing. During editing, you can also change the label of the contact information.

To save the edited contact information, click "Save."

Delete contact information

To delete existing contact information, simply click on the address, email, or phone number you'd like to delete. The associated form will open, with a "Delete" link located at the bottom of the form.

To permanently delete this piece of contact information click "Delete."

NOTE: The deletion of this information is permanent.

Setting Primary contact information

Primary Address

By default, at least one address is required for a Person record in order for them to become a Member.

The first address entered will be marked as "PRIMARY." If more than one is added, the Person or Wicket Member® administrator can choose which address is considered "PRIMARY." When adding, or editing a new address select the "Is Primary" checkbox to use the current address as "PRIMARY."

The "PRIMARY" address is used as the main contact address for the Person during orders.

Primary Email

By default, the email address used to create the person record is set as "PRIMARY."

If more than one email address is added, the Person or Wicket Member® administrator can choose which email address is considered "PRIMARY." When adding, or editing a new address select the "Is Primary (Used for login)" checkbox to use the current email address as "PRIMARY."

NOTE: The "PRIMARY" email address is used for login. If the Person changes their primary email address, their login will change to use this as well.

Alias/Unique Email Addresses

Email addresses can be marked as "Is Unique." This means that the email can only be used on one person record, and act as an alias to the primary email address for this person record.

Primary Telephone

By default, at least one phone number is required for a Person record in order for them to become a Member.

The first phone number entered will be marked as "PRIMARY." If more than one is added, the Person or Wicket Member® administrator can choose which phone number is considered "PRIMARY." When adding, or editing a new phone number select the "Is Primary" checkbox to use the current phone number as "PRIMARY."

The "PRIMARY" phone number is used as the main contact address for the Person during orders.
