To delete a Person, navigate to their Person record click "Delete Person."
You will be asked to confirm or cancel your decision. Clicking "Cancel" will close the Delete function and leave the record intact.
Clicking "Delete Person" will perform the following actions:
- Detect if the user has active memberships
- Detect if the user has processed orders
If no active membership or processed orders are detected for this person, their record will be deleted.
If active membership or processed orders are detected, the record cannot be deleted.
NOTE: Deleting a person should be considered a permanent action.
Primary email addresses used on a deleted Person record can be reused.
