Wicket Member® administrators can add comments to a Person's record. These comments can convey important notes about the record to other administrators, or be used for future reference.
To add, edit, or delete a comment on a Person's record:
- On the right side of the page, click the Comments tab
- The Comments window will open. Enter your comment and click "Save Comment."
- Once saved, you can Pin, Edit, or Remove the comment. Pinning the comment will force it to display just below the person's name and primary email address at the top of the page. This makes important comments more obvious to see for other administrators. There are no limits to the number of comments that can be pinned.
To Un-pin a comment, click the black icon.
To Remove a comment, open the Comments window and click "Remove." You'll be asked to confirm your choice.
Tip: When comments are added to a person, a counter will appear on the Comments tab displaying how many comments are recorded for this person.
